Our Story

THEO is headquartered in Wilmington and incorporated in Delaware as an LLC. The founder and CEO, Loraine P. Snead, is an accomplished professional teacher with extensive diversity, equity, and inclusion and gardening experience.

 

Additionally, she is a certified Master Gardener, class of 2021,  trained by the  University of Delaware Cooperative Extension Master Gardener in Newark, DE. Having demonstrated success in each area, Loraine combines these skills to create equitable nutrition for communities and families in New Castle County.
